We offer shipping to the UK and Worldwide. 
 
UK Shipping:
Free Delivery (Orders over £15.99) - Royal Mail 2nd Class Post, 2-3 working days. (working days are Monday-Saturday excluding bank holidays)
 
Royal Mail Rates 1st Class Post, 1-2 working days. (Monday - Saturday excluding bank holidays)
 
Worldwide - Royal Mail Rates International Standard & International Tracked, timescales are dependent on country and can be found via the Royal Mail website. 
 
Dispatch on all items within 1-3 working days. We will always aim to dispatch your item as quickly as possible.
 
Once we have dispatched your item we cannot guarantee timescales on receiving your item as this will depend on postage timescales. 
 
Due to COVID-19 there are delays on all post. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.

Returns 

We hope you love your order, however for any reason if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email hello@rubygraceonline.co.uk with your order number and product return details. 
 
Returned items are at the cost of the buyer. 
 
Any refunds can only be accepted should the item be unused and within 14 days of receipt. 
 
Unfortunately any personalised items are non-refundable. 
 
Once your item has been returned we will refund via the same payment method within 7 days.
